Samantha practices in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, advising clients on complex commercial matters throughout Australia.

Her experience includes advising clients in commercial and corporate litigation matters including shareholder and director disputes, contractual and fraud matters, franchise disputes, commercial and retail lease issues and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) related disputes. Samantha regularly represents clients in proceedings before state and federal courts and state-based tribunals and has experience managing matters involving multiple stakeholders and jurisdictions. She works with a diverse client base, from individuals and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to larger corporate and institutional clients.

Known for her practical and strategic approach, Samantha focuses on understanding her clients’ commercial objectives and delivering clear, efficient, and commercially sensible outcomes.
