Whether advising a director during a voluntary administration or litigating claims under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), Thomas brings a technical, precise and goal-oriented approach to every matter. His precision and technical expertise is underpinned by a rich knowledge of insolvency and securities law.

Thomas brings a passionate and considered approach to his practice, with a close attention to detail and a drive to achieve to extract the strongest result for his clients.

Thomas regularly acts on both litigious and non-litigious matters, in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency, securities, commercial litigation and debt recovery.

His broad experience comes to bear in advising a range of clients, particularly in respect of the Personal Property Securties Act 2009 (PPSA), insolvency law and litigation, and claims under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Thomas regularly acts for corporations, external administrators and directors alike.

Thomas’ experience is supported by an interest in languages. He is conversational in Mandarin and Ukrainian and brings to each client a desire to understand their goals and needs.

Thomas’ focus on precise and effective advice, coupled with a deep understanding of his clients’ goals, drive him to achieving both economical and effective outcomes.
